Custom Homes
If you have a lot you would like to build on or you are interested in being involved in the design process of your own home, then we can help you build your custom home. If you don’t have a lot yet, we’re happy to speak with you about the area and some considerations to keep in mind as you begin this process. We’re happy to be your partner throughout the entire custom home process.

Land Purchasing
If you own a lot in the DC Area and are interested in selling it to us, or working with us to build a speculative home as an investor, we would love to speak with you. We regularly negotiate deals off market to minimize transaction costs and ensure you get the best price for your land. Or if you’d prefer to finance construction of a speculative home, we have worked with investors on many such job to ensure the greatest possible return on your investment.
